At ThecTshirts.com, every product is made to order, custom-printed just for you. Because of this production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or incorrect design selection).

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.


1. Order Cancellations or Modifications

  • You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, orders are processed for production and cannot be canceled or changed.

“Order Cancellation/Modification – Order #[Your Order Number]”.


2. Returns – Defective Products Only

We only accept returns in cases where the product is:

  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item, size, or design sent

Return window: within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: items must be unused and in their original condition.

IMPORTANT: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we have specific return conditions:

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:

  • Defective products (printing errors, damaged items)
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Significant color variation from preview
  • Size discrepancy from size chart

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Minor color variations (screen display differences)
  • Customer design errors
  • Products damaged by customer

Return Process

STEP 1: Contact Us Email: [email protected] with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Detailed description

STEP 2: Approval
We’ll review and approve eligible returns within 24-48 hours

STEP 3: Return Shipping

  • We provide prepaid return label for our errors
  • Customer pays return shipping for other cases

STEP 4: Refund/Replacement

  • Refunds: 5 business days after we receive return
  • Replacements: New production cycle (3-5 days + shipping)

3. Refunds

  • Once your request is approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5 business days (your bank/card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days).

4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges for non-defective items (wrong size, change of mind, etc.) are not accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs.
  • Unauthorized or non-defective returns will not be accepted.
