Exchanges We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the desired exchange information. Returns & Refunds Policy Our policy is valid for 30 days following the completion of the delivery process. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer a return or refund.

Condition of the product when returned: Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Original tags must still be attached. Minor issues like redundant threads that can be easily cut will not be considered a valid reason for return.

- In cases of customer error: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to us.
- In cases of our error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item), we will refund the full return shipping cost to you.
