🕒 Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure quick processing and delivery, we begin working on your order shortly after it is placed.

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase.
After 6 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be canceled.

✏️ Requesting an Order Change

Need to make a correction? We get it—mistakes happen!

You may change your shipping address, product size, or design within 6 hours of placing the order.
After that time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made as your order may have entered the fulfillment process.

Example changes allowed:

Shirt size or color
Shipping address
Email or contact information

Custom and personalized items: Once submitted, changes may not be possible due to our automated production schedule.
Any edits or cancellations outside the allowed window are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Specific changes or request to cancel

✅ Confirmation Process

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether the cancellation or change is possible. If your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the updated order details or refund information.

📦 Already Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or change it. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Refund & Return Policy.
