1. Time Frame for Cancellations & Modifications
- You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, your order will already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

3. Confirmation
Once your request is processed, you will receive:
- For cancellations: an email confirmation along with refund details.
- For modifications: an updated order confirmation with any changes reflected.
4. After the 24-Hour Window
- Once your order has entered production, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes.
- If you made a mistake in your order details after this period, please contact us anyway — we’ll do our best to assist you, but changes are not guaranteed.
5. Refund Processing for Cancellations
- If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours and approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional 3–5 days to complete the transaction.
