Where We Ship
Currently, TheCTShirts.com ships exclusively within the United States of America (US only).
How Your Order is Processed & Shipped
Since every item is made-to-order through our Print-on-Demand (POD) model, there are two main phases before your unique t-shirt arrives at your door:
1. Processing Time (Production)
This is the time it takes for our partners to print, inspect, and package your custom item.
- Production Time: 1–2 business days.
- Fulfillment Days: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
2. Shipping Time (Transit)
Once your item is ready, it’s handed over to our shipping carriers.
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days for all destinations within the US.
- Shipping Days: Shipments occur from Monday to Friday.
Total Delivery Time
Combining both phases, you can expect your order to arrive within:
- Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days for all destinations within the US.
Important Shipping Notes
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Peak Seasons & Holidays: During peak seasons or holidays, order processing and shipping may experience slight delays due to high volume. We appreciate your patience during these times.
- Free Shipping: We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Trusted Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, YunExpress, Yanwen, DHL eCommerce, and UPS to ensure your order reaches you safely.
- Tracking Your Order: All shipments include a trackable shipping number. You can easily monitor your order’s journey on our Order Tracking page.
- Split Shipments: For efficiency, some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different partner locations.
- Direct Packaging: Your products are packed directly by our fulfillment partners at their respective centers.
- Our Responsibility: While we utilize third-party partners for fulfillment and delivery, TheCTShirts.com remains fully responsible for fulfillment and delivery support for your order.
Addressing Delivery Issues
- Incorrect/Incomplete Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your address carefully during checkout.
- Restricted Addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
- Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within 45 days and the tracking information has not been updated, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
