All products are lightweight apparel, carefully folded and shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
2. Shipping Location
- We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.)
- At this time, we do not support international shipping.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We offer two shipping options:

- Transit Time: 4–5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 6–8 business days

4. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
5. Handling & Transit Time
- Handling Time: The time required to prepare and package your order (see rates above).
- Transit Time: The time from when the carrier picks up your package until delivery (4–5 business days on average).
- Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
6. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, and Yun Express to ensure safe and timely delivery.
7. Sales Tax
We do not collect tax on any order. All prices displayed are final, and no additional tax will be charged at checkout.
8. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package.
- If your tracking does not update or shows unexpected delays, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Undeliverable locations
